Role Name : AGM/DGM HR(Regional HR Head)

Location : Bangalore

Reporting to : Group Vice President - HR

Context :

- As a key member of the senior management team, the Assistant /Deputy General Manager - HR would be part of the Extended Leadership Team of Bangalore Businesses.

- The incumbent would report into the Corporate HR Head of ACT group but would head the HR for whole north Bangalore geography. Needless to say, this is a critical position in the growth journey of ACT.

- The AGM HR will be responsible for end to end HR and will also play a consultative role to the business head COO on people matters especially Leadership Development. He/she will also interact very closely with the other functional heads.

The key challenge will be to bring HR to the expected level and integrate with the group. The successful candidate will have a full complement of leadership competencies as well as a proven ability in the following areas:

- Business Partnership and Leadership

- Organization development with a focus on culture building

- Change management interventions on structure, policies and processes

- Manpower planning & Recruitment

- Driving Employee Engagement via planned interventions

- Taking up the capability table of the organization in terms of relevant learning needs - addressing current as well as future need gaps

- Instituting an HR excellence model in the area of HR operations

Educational & Experience requirements :

- MBA from a reputed institute
