Title: Assistant General Manager - Brand

The candidate will be a key leader within the marketing team, spearheading the development of ACT Fibernet's brand in the market with target audiences which include - Customers, Enterprises, and allied products and services - with the goal of growing ACT Fibernet's business through greater brand awareness, consideration, and qualified enquiries.

The candidate will be responsible for brand and performance deliverables including but not restricted to communication crafting, PR, media mix strategy and execution, agency handling, offline activations and execution, and driving key parameters both offline and online.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field

- Proven track record 8-10+ to years in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, events, PR

- Should have worked in FMCG FMCD or similar consumer-facing industries

- Extensive experience working with agencies, designers etc. to lead and deliver campaigns

- Team management experience is a must

- B2B experience is a plus, not mandatory

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
