Job Description:
- Develop industry leading Learning & Development roadmap delivering a culture of best practices sharing. Roll out strategic learning interventions across levels.
- Implement alternative methods of KSA-building collaboration, peer learning, learning hubs, developing and managing an in house training prospects etc.
- Keep organization up to date with upcoming industry updates and support prepare the IT Solutions teams to stay ahead of competition.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Enhancement of Learning & Development programs' impact and experience
- Regularly engage and review with business stakeholders on - understanding business vision and learning needs, formulate project training plan (PTP), standardized training layouts for various levels within the organization
- Partner with external organisations, developing world class content, reducing the dependency on humans and promotion self paced learning initiatives.
- Work on a plan to incorporate learning initiatives for 3000+ employees in India, plans that are customised to the needs of the organisation and the employees.
- Cultivating a culture of continuous learning by implementing industry leading initiatives
- Sustained mechanism of attaining training feedback and post training effectiveness from participants
- Develop/ customize content as may be needed
- Utilize various channels of imparting trainings comprising but not limited to - self based learning, facilitator based interventions, role plays, case studies etc
- Training vendor management and facilitate engagement with class leading agencies/ trainers/ alternate training solution on IT topics
- Partner with Industry, National and International standard institutions to improve quality of learning offered within the company and industry
- Plan and roll out - monthly training calendar. Quarterly, bi-annual and annual mapping of training needs coverage & the path ahead
- Collaborate with the Global L&D team to infuse best practices, and implement global know-how and standards into the India fold.
Education and Experience Required :
- Proven work experience as an L&D Practice Head, with PAN India learning management experience
- Work experience in the range of 18-30 years
- Experience working with - external training institutions, freelancers and in-house trainers
- Experience in developing progressive learning roadmap encompassing all levels across the organization
- Experience with participant experience management and post training effectiveness assessment
- Proficient with L&D programmes from both a strategic and operative level
- Experience in leading a team with sound leadership skills, based on the foundation of transparency, collaboration, teamwork and joint goals
- Strong decision-making skills and achievement/goal-oriented mindset
- Interpersonal and motivational skills: capable of building relationships across the organisation
- Primary work location required as Hyderabad for this opportunity.
- Work hours 2pm to 11pm
