- Accountable for achieving monthly & annual sales targets, as agreed.

- Ensure proper implementation & execution of relationship management & investment advisory strategies.

- Ensure proper sales spread between products.

- Aim to balance NTB (New to Bank customers) with increase penetration of existing customers to deepen the wallet share.

- Drive and deliver a radical improvement in customer service in the local market through dynamic service leadership and the implementation of customer service strategy.

- Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.

- Interact with new customers to detail & explain all features & functions of products & assist in on boarding of customers.

- Ensure service levels are constantly improving.

- Meet Customer Migration targets.

Responsibilities:


- Achievement of Sales Targets: Take ownership of monthly and annual sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them within the agreed timeframe. Implement effective sales tactics and monitor performance metrics to track progress towards targets.


- Relationship Management and Investment Advisory: Execute relationship management and investment advisory strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Provide personalized advice and recommendations to customers based on their financial goals and risk profiles.


- Sales Spread and Wallet Share: Ensure a proper sales spread between different products to diversify the customer portfolio. Focus on increasing penetration of existing customers to deepen the wallet share and maximize revenue opportunities.


- Improvement in Customer Service: Drive radical improvement in customer service by demonstrating dynamic service leadership and implementing customer service strategies. Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.


- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. Interact with new customers to explain all features and functions of products and assist in the onboarding process.


- Service Level Improvement: Monitor service levels and implement measures to constantly improve service quality and efficiency. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction levels.


- Customer Migration Targets: Meet customer migration targets by encouraging customers to adopt new products and services offered by the bank. Provide support and guidance to customers throughout the migration process to ensure a seamless transition.
