Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

- Handling Liability products such as saving accounts and cross sell investment products, current accounts and insurance and assets.

- Would be assigned a set of branches and would be responsible for new to bank savings a/c sourcing from retail customers.

- Ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.

- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency

- in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Achieving Direct sales targets with required productivity in liability and cross sell products.

- Maintenance of regular MIS.

- Driving the team to source Savings Account for allocated branches.

- Average team size (outsourced-not on bank rolls) would be 20.

Requirements:

- Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Professional Degree

- Minimum 3 to 6 years of frontline retail sales experience is required for this position. No corporate sales experience would be desired.

- Candidate who have handled liabilities products (Savings or Current ) would be preferred

- Candidates from other sectors viz FMCG, Telecom, Paints would also be looked at provided they have retail sales and team handling experience.

- Candidate should possess good communication and presentation skills

- Candidates should have knowledge of local language and local geography

- Candidates should have team handling experience.
