- Manage customer's issues on service or investment needs. Escalate if required.

- Probe and identify requirements to provide appropriate solutions to customers.

- Ensure complete knowledge on all products & services.

- Be the leader for resolving all queries & complaints.

- Ensure full training & briefing on all product launches & upgrades.

- Research complaints & compliments.

- Analyze & suggest innovations & ideas on product & service improvement in addition to service level improvements.

- Keep attuned to the current economic and financial markets so as to be current and proficient in attending to customers' queries.

- Work hand in hand with fellow CBG RMs, Service Manager and TRE to ensure that all objectives of the team are met and there is team harmony and unity.

- Working with the Branch Heads to achieve sales & service through in-branch business development activities, and providing feedback to the team.

- Ensure compliance with operations risk and rigor requirements e. g.

- Health & Safety standards, security of premises, KYC and anti-money laundering measures.

- Establish Bank as a wealth management provider in India.

- Undertake frequent competitor analysis so that product suite is in line with (or ahead of) competing banks.

- These updates to be shared with seniors at regular intervals.

- Also suggest local promotional activities which will help reinforce the brand.

- Customer Issue Management: Take ownership of customer concerns regarding service or investment needs. Investigate issues thoroughly and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered by the organization.


- Serve as a leader in resolving customer queries and complaints by providing accurate information and guidance. Conduct thorough training sessions and briefings for team members on new product launches and upgrades. Feedback and Innovation: Gather and analyze customer feedback, including complaints and compliments. Use insights gained to identify opportunities for product and service improvements. Propose innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and elevate service levels.


- Market Awareness: Stay informed about current economic and financial market trends to effectively address customer queries and provide informed advice. Continuously update knowledge and skills to ensure proficiency in serving customers' needs.


- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with fellow Relationship Managers (RMs), Service Managers, and Treasury (TRE) teams to achieve team objectives and ensure a harmonious working environment. Provide support and feedback to colleagues to foster team cohesion and effectiveness.


- Branch Business Development: Work with Branch Heads to drive sales and service through in-branch business development activities. Provide feedback to the team on performance and areas for improvement to optimize outcomes.


- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with operational risk and regulatory requirements, including Health & Safety standards, premises security, Know Your Customer (KYC), and anti-money laundering measures. Uphold rigorous standards to mitigate operational risks and maintain the integrity of operations.


- Wealth Management Promotion: Establish the bank as a leading wealth management provider in India. Conduct frequent competitor analysis to benchmark product offerings and identify opportunities for improvement. Share updates and suggestions for local promotional activities with senior management to reinforce the brand and attract customers.


- By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, the Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while positioning the bank as a leader in wealth management services.
