Job Location : Indore

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper retail visibility of Postpaid in the market through promotional activities and mediums of promotion for entire postpaid portfolio

- Tie ups and alliances for brand association and acquisitions

- Responsible for designing and customizing tariff plan for Retail & Corporate

- To oversee designing of consumer promos and alternative medium of sales to achieve KPIs of Gross and Net

- Customers AON wise billing movement, Leg wise MOU Tracking to promote Calling Packs.

- Product Development And Configuration To Meet Budgeted Prepaid Revenue Target

- Achieve Gross And Net Arpu Target As Per Budget

- Responsible For Service Penetration, Usage Enhancement And Retention Schemes

- Mapping Customer Behavior And Create Segment Based On Usage And Demographics

- Run Segmented Campaign On Usage Enhancement And Retention Programs And Segmented Products Offers

Qualification : Regular MBA/ PGDM

Age - 30 years

Compensation : Upto 15-16 LPA (For Tier 1 B school)
