About the Role: We are looking for driven young superstars who can lead the creation of organisation at the regional level.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Collaborate with core leadership to establish and execute sales and marketing strategy for the region
- Manage a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and profitability targets
- Forge and nurture key regional relationships in a multichannel ecosystem
- Create annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts
- Conceptualize and execute brilliant and cost effective activations to support sell-outs
- Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Hire and manage an energetic sales team, train them in products and processes and create local management systems
- Optimise regional financials including credit cycles, cost of sales and operational expenses
Prior Experiences and Skills: You should have
- An MBA degree from a tier I school
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership position
- Experience in mobility and/or consumer electronics
- Deep understanding of distribution and retail landscape of the relevant geography
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment
- Consistent effort, intense commitment and perseverance to go above and beyond when needed
- Ownership of the outcome with high delivery standards and resourcefulness to go past roadblocks
