Transitions Specialist
Transition & Project Management:
- Standardization of processes as required
- Use project management techniques to govern and regulate the project
- Managing, Tracking, and Reporting Transition status and guiding the team during the transition
- Identifying, tracking, and ensuring closure of key risks with mitigation plan in timely manner
- Identification and Support in the development and implementation of any tools that can help improve performance.
- Establishing and Monitoring dashboards and metrics across the transition and ensuring a smooth handover to operations once the transition is completed.
- Relationship Management; of all stakeholders both internal and external.
- Facilitating meetings, ensuring deliverables from various functions are on time and there is proper sign-off at each stage.
- Responsible for effectively communicating with clients, meeting client deadlines, and managing client expectations.
- Supporting the Management and consulting group in the development and implementation of client objectives
- Being part of Customer Weekly/monthly review meetings
- Participate in the solutions/Pitching opportunities with potential customers and contribute basis the transition planning/delivery perspective
- Own the POCs done for potential customers, coordinate with the respective teams to ensure the POCs.
Experience and Skills Required:- Minimum 5 years of experience in Transition.
- Stay up to date with industry practices and technology.
- Transition and stakeholder management.
- Risk management and mitigation planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills (with Verbal & written communication)
- Logical/structural and systematic thinking
- Complex problem solving
