About the Role:
- The Product engineering leader will oversee handling of large-scale product development.
- As the leader of Product Management, you will own and drive the life cycle of new features and products, from high-level concept design to delivery and end-of-life.
- Your team will deliver on key areas of our healthcare solution, ensuring can manage their budgets efficiently.
- This role will also be responsible for the architecture, design, and creation of solutions using Acentra's products and third-party products available commercially in the market.
- Responsibility includes working with internal teams, functional and matrix managers, and staff to ensure that all Acentra products are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with defined Acentra guidelines and processes, and with market expectations.
- Duties include creating technical solutions which are market competitive.
- Candidates for this role will need to be seasoned engineering leaders with deep expertise in cross team digital product delivery, have proven experience designing and executing on cross brand and/or line of business mobile and web properties, deep understanding of direct-to-consumer digital products and ecosystems, and how to optimize cost and reuse for multiple brands.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Product Engineering Excellence organization ensuring alignment with overall business goals of accelerated and high-quality product feature development, maintenance.
- Build, lead a team of talented platform engineers and SQA professionals fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Develop and implement a robust platform engineering architectural roadmap that is scalable, secure, and dependable.
- Building products solution to reduce administrative burden, lower costs, and enable better care outcomes.
- Implementation of application modernization solutioning which helps to streamline infrastructure by reducing time, cost and effort for end point customer.
- To create a vision of developing the product solutioning for modernizing the healthcare experience for our customers.
- Partner and provide engineering leadership to various product engineering teams to help them build, deliver, and release high quality products in a faster possible and automated development approach.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve.
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver business outcomes.
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams, making hard prioritization choices, and ensuring complete visibility of roadmap, increase adoption of best practices, status, and risk to stakeholders.
Who you are:
Education: Should be from BE/B.Tech background.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience, desired.
