Trainer (Corporate Training)
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs and Select and book venues
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Collaborate with the company's management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
Qualification/Experience Required: - Any Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience as Trainer working in a reputed company
- Proven experience as corporate trainer
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Proficient in MS Office tools and other e-learning software's
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills is a must
- Organizational and time management abilities along with Critical thinking and decision making is desired
Minimum Requirements: - 4+years of experience as a Learning and Development Manager working with in a HR outsourcing company.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP and new age Human resources
- Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal).
- Position will be based in an office or remote, or some combination of both based on business needs.
