Sales Head responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Your duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a roadmap for the HR Analytics business for the organization. This would involve:
- Creation of a go-to-market- strategy for target client segments
- Evaluating market trends, identifying high potential players and developing customized BD plans for building the practice
- Leading the development of all aspects of a clear sales process, from pre-sales through a presentation, deal negotiation and closure, onboarding and institutionalization
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop the value proposition for AceNgage clients
- Prepare pricing strategies according to market segments and client categories
- Complete ownership for BD, P&L management and delivery for the HR business
- Build and nurture senior relationships across leading companies both within India and abroad (example CHRO's, HR Heads, other CXO's)
Key Attributes:
- A self-starter with proven experience in successfully building and growing businesses
- Established track record of success in BD. The individual needs to have strong relationship building skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Total work exp. Should not be below 10 yrs
- Proven Sales Head experience with min. of atleast 4 yrs, having worked in a 'mid to large' sized organization
- Must have an MBA qualification from a recognised Business school/University
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
