Accounts Payable US Finance Team Lead.

You will be working as Team Lead - Accounts Payable and will be part of the Business Operations Team based out of Nagpur.

Your Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that applicable policies, processes, and procedures are fully documented and consistently applied through the master data management lifecycle.

- Maintaining process documentation for master data objects and sharing processes and technical knowledge.

- Ensuring that any guidelines, enhancements to existing procedures, and escalation paths are properly followed for the execution of master data management activities.

- Delivering services at expected levels with a clear customer focus along with quality and productivity targets as well as contributing to the achievement of master data performance and quality standards as per defined SLAs.

- Interacting proactively with all functional areas of the process to ensure appropriate master data management activities are accomplished, e. , month-end closing and allocations.

- Working in conjunction with technical teams to resolve any technical-related issue that affects master data integrity and processes.

- Ensuring reporting to the management and providing training and knowledge transfer to the team.

- Managing the workforce and planning daily work allocation.

Your background:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance or Commerce.

- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, with good functional exposure to P2P processes from a finance master data management perspective.

- Master data concept knowledge and familiarization with master data application.

- Experience in vendor master process.

- Excellent communication and negotiating skills with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism.

- Two to three years of team management experience will be preferable.
