Skills - AR, O2C, Data Reconciliations, Order to cash.

Location - Gurgaon

Experience - 2 to 5 Years

Industry Preferred - Logistics/E-commerce (Start-ups- Retail)/ PG Industry/Travel industry's settlement division/Marketplace Experience would be Preferred.

Exposure - Knowledge of Advance Excel formulas, Macros and VBA will be considered as a plus.

Prior Experience :

- Should have experience of data analysis and taking out relevant business insights and then escalating before the management specifically in AR.

- Handson experience in AR End to End O2C process, SOP preparations and reporting to Management.

- Experience of Handling and leading a team of 4-5 persons and reporting to CFOs/CEOs of the company.

- Knowledge of any data analytical/databased management tool in the market shall be preferred.

Job Description :

- Adherence to the MIS timelines with the internal team as well as with the Management.

- Leading automation of the E2E D2C and Marketplace's O2C processes and suggesting multiple automation tools/practices to bring out more accuracy and efficiency in the team.

- Ensure the O2C and inventory management SOPs are accurately designed and effectively followed by the team.

- Coordinating with cross teams HODs on a regular basis to understand the new business developments and adequately adapting to the same by proposing and planning the requisite changes in the AR structure.

- Identification and highlighting the tech improvements to the concerned backend team for the AR processes and ensuring its timely resolution by the said team.

- Highlighting Business risks to the management in relation to O2C process and suggesting for the improvements.

- Assisting the Finance controller with the adhoc business requirements.
