Accounts Receivable Manager - eCommerce/Retail - CA

Qualification : CA (1ST OR 2ND attempt)

Mandatory previous experience of Retail/E- Commerce industry

Job Description :

1. Overseeing timely collection of payments.

2. Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures are in compliance with legal regulations

3. Providing support to Accounts Receivable Clerks on their daily tasks.

4. Co-ordinate with Logistics team in timely remittance of COD collections.

5. Negotiate with LSP for recoveries for the last shipments/damaged shipments costs.

6. Monitor the customer refunds and chargebacks.

7. Monitor the aging of the account receivable amounts.

8. Participate in the monthly /yearly closure of books. The balance in the AR account should be supported with Invoice /order wise details.

9. Provide support for audits

Requirements :

- Previous experience of working in Account Receivables.

- Experience in dealing with both finance and non-finance senior Manager.

- Experience of bringing financial information together with Non-Financial information.

- Experience in Project Management and detailing the project requirements
