About our Client - Our client is the market leader in several product categories in its portfolio. They are a leading player in the manufacturing sector and are poised for further growth given their strong performance in the past few years. To strengthen their finance function, they are looking for Manager Accounts Payable based out of their corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will lead a team of 4-5 qualified professionals and be responsible for:

- Ensuring payments to vendors and employees are on time and accurate

- Ensuring invoices for vendors and employees are correctly coded

- Reporting and measuring functional performance against key performance indicators in accordance with the agreed SLAs

- Driving productivity enhancements by eliminating wastes in Accounting Procedures and SOX compliance

- Responsible for Dashboard, MIS analysis and bringing along the Best Practices in AP role

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience within Accounts Payable. A prior experience of working with a MNC or a large Indian company in the manufacturing or pharma industry is preferred.You have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and enjoy taking up challenges.
