KRA:

- Reviewing and monitoring manufacturing profitability of the plant and product.

- Analysis of capital expenditure and returns on them.

- Compliance to statutory requirements w.r.t accounting principles and guidelines.

- Supply chain management at the plant from inventory control to finished goods dispatches as per requirement.

- Responsible for the procurement of decentralized items.

- Responsible for Defiing, periodic review and drving compliance to SOP's related to commercial operations in relation to regional and depot activities.

- Perform Data Analytics on various category of spend and generate actionable insight to drive performance improvement.

- Lead Period end closing activity for the Sales and perform variance analysis.

- Custodian of Budgetary controls
