Account Manager For Saas Base Company


Accounts Management : (Must Have Experience)

- Maintain and update the company's financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.


- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management.


- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of accounts.

Finalization of Accounts : (Must Have Experience)

- Prepare and review financial statements, including the Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement.


- Ensure accurate recording of year-end adjustments, such as accruals, provisions, and depreciation.


- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits, and ensure timely completion of the audit process.

Financial Reporting & Analysis : (Must Have Experience)

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses for management review.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support decision-making.

GST Compliance :

- Good to have prepared and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns as per statutory requirements.


- Ensure compliance with GST laws and regulations, including input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and GST audits.


- Keep abreast of changes in GST legislation and implement necessary changes in the accounting process.

TDS Management :

- Good to have experience in deduction and deposit TDS as per applicable laws and regulations.

- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q and 26Q). Generate and distribute TDS certificates (Form 16 and Form 16A) to employees and vendors.

Regulatory Compliance & Taxation :

- Good to have experience in ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.


- Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns and other statutory filings.

Process Improvement :

- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.


- Implement best practices and accounting systems to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
