Accounts Manager - NBFC for Financial Statements

Chartered Accountant (CA) - NBFC | Mumbai | Immediate Joiner

- We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in Mumbai.

- The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in an NBFC and be proficient in preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per IND AS and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, tax laws, and other statutory requirements applicable to NBFCs.

- Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliation.

- Conduct financial analysis, MIS reporting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.

- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders for audits and compliance matters.

- Monitor and ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

Key Requirements:

- CA qualified with 4-7 years of PQE in an NBFC.

- Expertise in financial statement preparation and IND AS accounting.

- Strong knowledge of NBFC regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
