Designation: Account Manager - Digital Lending
Location: Delhi (WFH till the office opens up)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business processes and products for the assigned business functions thoroughly so client management is smooth. Very large banks and NBFCs are the clients to be managed.
- Interacting with the existing key client stakeholders on a day-to-day basis for a smooth process and maintaining the relationship which helps to grow further.
- Independently identifying the newer opportunities within the existing set of accounts to do cross-sell/upsell of further products, which eventually increase the monthly revenues.
- Interfaces between client and internal stakeholders so the committed deliverables are on time.
- Preparing weekly/monthly revenue monitor plan so targets are met. Identifying the competitor's reach within the same account so no loss of the existing business moves to competition.
- Provides timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts
- Conducing senior management meetings on monthly basis with key stakeholders at the client place.
- Clear set of expectations with the client and internal stakeholders for any new opportunity brought to the table.
Key Skills needed for the job:
- Work experience: 3 - 6 years
- Previous experience in Fintech start-ups preferably retail lending domain or partnership vertical (preferred). Have experience in account management.
- Knowledge of how the Retail Lending Industry works and credit products suitable for customers
- Would be added on, if the candidate understands the Credit Bureaus, LOS, LMS, and Loan process and comes from the same background.
- Have previously managed clients like Banks & NBFCs and understand the internal process and challenges. Background with Lending, Fintech, Payment Gateways, Lending Systems, Third Party Lending Product/API etc.
- Have good contacts and relationships within the retail lending ecosystem
- Good client management skills, open to travel PAN India, if required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with others within the company for timely deliverables.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
