Accounts Manager - CA - Manufacturing

Looking for a competent and effective Account Manager with qualification of Chartered Accountant in saurastra-based manufacturing Company located at Veraval.

Job-Responsibility-

Finalization of Accounts, including Scrutiny of General Ledger, Assets and Liabilities, complying with Accounting Standards, finalization of accounts of Listed Public Limited Company.

Preparation and review of MIS Reports

In depth experience on ERP system

Preparation of Cost Audit and Tax Audit Reports. Dealing with Cost Auditors, Statutory Auditors and Tax Auditors.

Thorough knowledge about Excise duty, Custom Duty, Service Tax, knowledge of systems and procedure in the matter of Excise, Custom, Service Tax etc.

Filing of various returns, claim of Cenvat Credit, handling Show Cause Notice and Appeals in these matters.

Experience on export documentation from filing ARE-1 till proof of exports to banks and DGFT, claim of duty draw back and DFIA Licence etc.

Thorough knowledge of sales tax matters, including claim of VAT Credit, filing of monthly, quarterly returns, Assessment of Sales Tax liability etc.

Dealing with Income tax matters, filing of Income tax returns, TDS returns, issue of TDS form etc. Appearing before Income Tax Authorities along with tax consultants.

Dealing with Banks and Government Agencies on regular basis.

Handling of insurance matters, including lodging claim, dealing with Surveyors and submission of claim to insurance company etc.

Compliance with various laws pertaining to running of factory, like payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Factories Act, Workmen Compensation Act, etc.

Important - Candidates with manufacturing background and experience/liking to live and work in remote but ecologically rich places will be better fit into this requirement.

Salary range - 10-13 LPA
