Position: Accounts Head

Location: Ballard Estate, Mumbai

Company Profile:

This company has spent more than 3 decades in the manufacturing the heavy engineering products. At current scenario they have 3 manufacturing facility and presence in the country and overseas.

Candidate Profile:

The candidate should be from manufacturing industry - heavy engineering , preferably a CA

Job Profile:

- To manage the Accounting, Finance and Costing functions.

- Ensure accuracy, timely closure of books of accounts every month.

- Preparation of monthly Financial Statements of the company.

- Prepare Cash Flow statement on weekly basis.

- Manage finance matters (deposits, fund management etc,).

- Review AR position of each departments and follow-up for timely collection.

- Ensure timely payment of statutory liabilities.

- Manage the Statutory Audit / Cost Audit / Internal Audit.

- Prepare audit schedules and review schedules prepared by other staffs.

- Conduct periodic physical verification of Inventory.

- Approval of the accounting vouchers as per the company policy/practice.

- Identify weak areas of operation and implement system for improvement.

- Ensure Customer (both internal and external) satisfaction.
