Accounts & Finance Role - Housing Finance Firm - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Financial Statements as per Ind-AS and Indian GAAP;

- Finalization of Trial Balance, Ledger Scrutiny and review at month-end;

- Review and finalization of Company's Accounting Policies;

- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and its sub-systems such as GL, AP & AR modules and their reconciliations;

- Preparation and filing of Regulatory Returns (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Returns) to NHB within defined timelines;

- Submission of data/information/query response as required by the Regulator;

- Review of Opex and Capex invoices booked in the system for correctness and compliance;

- Monthly analysis of expenses and commentary on variances;

- Preparation, review and maintenance of Fixed Assets Register (FAR)

- Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with relevant experience of 4 to 8 years, post-qualification;

- Good knowledge of Ind-AS and I-GAAP Accounting
