Accounts & Commercial Financial Head - Distillery & Bottling Operation - CA/ICWA

Responsibilities:

- Should have worked in the Past for a Large Distillery & Bottling Operation at a leadership role

- Should have a detailed understanding of the Distillery Process & Its Utilities

- Should have monitored the Performance Parameters of a Distillery in the Past

- Should be well versed with the control factors of the Cost of a Distillery & bottling operation s

- Should be an individual contributor along with leadership qualities to lead a team

- Presentable Person with Good Communication Skills is important

- Should be a CA or ICWA or Both

- Should be proficient with Excel & Advance Excel and should have well versed with SAP.

- Should have the experience of suggesting Business & System initatives

- Presenting Manufacturing & Commercial MIS with Variance Analysis.

- Working Capital Deployed - Fixation of Inventory norms, periodically Analysis with respective Business head to take corrective action.

- Control over P2P.

- Negotiation & Finalization of All India Raw Material Pricing & Transportation Agreements

- Review of product costing.

- Coordination with Internal auditor to close their query.

- Preparation of manufacturing MIS along with review of Product Costing,
