Job Description: Chartered Accountant for Consolidated Financial Statements Preparation

Position: Chartered Accountant

Location: Mumbai (or willing to relocate)

Experience: 1-3 years in Consolidation

Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) to join our finance team.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and a solid grasp of consolidation processes.

- This role requires excellent communication and interaction skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements:

- Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IND AS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Knowledge of IND AS:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of IND AS

Educational Background:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified in the 1st or 2nd attempt
