Job Description:
- General Ledger Accounting concepts & Processing
- Required to have a good knowledge of accounting concepts related to Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet
- Understanding of General Accounting, month close procedure, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Good understanding of the outsourced environment and well-versed with client management
- Have extended experience in managing day-to-day accounting and operations teams in third- part BPO set up
- Ability to manage demanding clients through improvement planning and long-term vision of improving service levels
- Have extensive experience in process review, continuous process improvement and driving efficiency in team
- Ensuring regular governance with various stakeholders and client to ensure zero surprise operations
- Managing team size of 25+ people managing various roles in AP, P2P, AR, GL, Reporting, Chatfield maintenance, verification of invoices, expense verification and responsible for their career and succession planning
- Review existing process and explore ways of improving process through various tools and technology
