Currently hiring Accounting Manager - for a reputed client of ours, a German MNC in Bangalore.

Position: Accounting Manager

Reporting to Finance Director

- Should have 10+ Years of experience in Manufacturing companies.

- Should be a CA

- Should have strong knowledge of international and domestic tax law as well as applicable accounting standards, regulations and policies.

- Should have Knowledge on Accounts Administration, Income Tax (Transfer Pricing, Withholding of Tax).

Brief of JD:

- Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. Mentor and coach team members in order to drive
performance.

- Manage general ledger and month-end closing activities including journal entries, adjustments, accruals and account reconciliations plus bank account and payroll related transactions.

- Monitor and forecast cash flows, keep adequate level of cash while guaranteeing the needs of the company's normal business.

- Supports budget and forecasting activities, including variance analysis.
