- Control Over Related Party Transactions & its Approvals

- Management cost recovery from Subsidiary Companies

- Managerial Remuneration

- Variance Analysis on quarterly and annual basis

- Monthly Trial Balance Review.

Audit:

- Action plan and execution of Quarterly Limited Review

- Action plan and execution of Annual Statutory Audit.

- Action plan and execution of Annual Tax Audit.

Other Specifications:

- Should have worked in ERP (SAP) Environment.

- Should be hard working, having dynamic approach and problem solving attitude.

- Work experience in a listed company having subsidiaries.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel Education
