Accounting Lead - Consulting Firm

Must have experience:

- Technical accounting - IFRS, understanding of corporate laws, listing regulations

- Management reporting and statutory reporting including consolidation in a Listed company or a good India HQ Co with a prior experience of Big 4

Good to have skills:

- Treasury - Cash flow management, Fund raise, Investments, Banking relationships

- Long range planning, budget
