We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with expertise in ZOHO Books to join our team . As a ZOHO Books Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various financial aspects of our organization, including accounting, budgeting, and UK payroll processes using the ZOHO Books platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using ZOHO Books.

- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

2. Budgeting:

- Collaborate with management to develop and monitor budgets.

- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for budget adjustments.

- Prepare budget reports and variance analysis.

3. Payroll Processing:

- Oversee the payroll process using ZOHO Books, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. Handle payroll-related queries from employees and address issues promptly. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations of UK, India and Dubai

4. Financial Reporting:

- Generate regular financial reports using ZOHO Books for management review.

- Prepare financial statements and other reports required for internal and external stakeholders. Provide insights and analysis on financial performance.

5. Tax Compliance:

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.

- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.

- Work with external tax consultants, if necessary.

6. Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance department.

- Streamline accounting procedures for efficiency and accuracy.

7. Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to team members on ZOHO Books functionality.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on ZOHO Books-related matters.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification desirable

- Proven experience working with ZOHO Books and a strong understanding of its features.

- UK Accounting Experience is mandatory

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and payroll processes for UK, India and Dubai

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
