A leading FinTech startup is looking for an Account Specialist (consultative selling) who will work on engaging with key stakeholders, pitching customized solutions and will be responsible for closures of deals.

This role will identify and target new business opportunities in the enterprise segment and will focus on providing consultative solutions to the clients. This is a hunting role and needs someone with good technical selling background.

Please note: We need someone from B2B segment only and someone who can achieve revenue targets and close deals, so only apply if you have done this.

Responsibilities include:

- Build and maintain relationships with C suite executives.

- Identify client needs and propose customized solutions that meet business objectives.

- Lead sales presentations and negotiations to secure deals.

- Achieve and surpass sales targets and company KPIs.

- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Keep informed on industry trends and market changes to guide sales strategies.

To fit the bill:

- Demonstrated success in B2B enterprise sales, specializing in major accounts and intricate sales cycles.

- In-depth knowledge of the enterprise sales process with hands-on experience managing extended sales cycles.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at establishing relationships with senior executives.

- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

- Proficient in negotiation and closing deals.

- Experienced in utilizing CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and progress tracking.
