Account Mgmt - Internet/Media/Publishing Ops

Company: A Client of Avance Consulting Services.

Location: Noida

Position: Manager-Account Management

Experience: 2-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to all incoming email queries on this interface including technical, billing queries

- Coordination with internal teams to resolve publisher concerns including engineering, creative, ad ops and other such functions. Proactive problem solving

- Managing day to day publisher operations including appropriate channel categorization, publisher network specific reports, managing the new publisher applications, publisher on-boarding and account setups, etc.

- Provide guidance, direction, coaching and development to existing members of the Publisher Operations team.

- Oversee Publisher On-boarding / Media buy account setups – your team will be working with the owners of websites to create their Publisher accounts with Exponential .

- Publisher reporting requests both internal and external

- Network maintenance related tasks including network clean-up projects, blacklisting fraudulent site, etc.

Special Projects

- Network re-categorization initiatives

- Working on process definitions & enhancements to further scale the organizational effectiveness

Requirements:

- Atleast 2+ years’ experience in internet/publisher/media operations

- Must have excellent written communication skills and analytical skills and comfortable working with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and similar tools

- Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn about the exciting and high-growth business of online advertising.

- Highly process driven

- Innovative problem solving in a changing environment

- Great inter-personal skills and able to multi-task
