Job Description:
Summary:
- Complete responsibility for program execution for consortium member (account), including internal operations and external analysis.
This role is responsible for delivering on the following areas, to ensure effective client relationships, along with smooth project/transition delivery for all new clients.
- Manage client relationships
- Ensure smooth interface between technology, analytics & operations to deliver on client expectations
- Deliver on project management milestones with client and internal stakeholders
- Conduct workflow / process mapping to ensure smooth transition from client processes
- Be the SPOC for the account for any open issues or escalations
- Monitor account performance and ensure operational & financial targets are met.
External analysis:
- Monitor competition and have complete and up to date understanding of trends
- Run analysis on secondary, tertiary and Nielsen scores in line with defined intervals
- Develop and deliver insights to member based on analytics and competitive understanding
Prerequisites:
Market knowledge:
- In depth understanding of general trade
- Broad understanding of consumer goods categories, products and players
Competencies:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Patience to deal with a variety of stakeholders

- Analytical ability and quick grasp of data
