Account Manager - requirement 1 Member

Qualification: Engineering with Electrical / Electronics or B Sc / M Sc with Electronics

Gender: Male

Age: around 35 -40 years

Experience: 10-15 years

Location: Chennai

Software: Good knowledge in Vb.Net / C#.net based Client server applications

Database: Good knowledge in writing / analysing the complex queries, stored procedures in MSSQL 2012

Hardware interfaces: RS232 / PLC / Torque tool / third party controllers through OPC is desirable

Desirable: Willing to work on field

Project Management: Must have experience on large scale implementations and account management.

JD:

1. Preparing the requirement specifications / Change requirement handling.

2. Project schedule update to both MIND and Customer.

3. Understand the complete project requirements.

4. Coordination with development team to ensure the software deliveries are inline with the schedule.

5. Coordination with hardware team to ensure the hardware installation / configuration is completed as per the schedule.

6. Initiating / attending the review meetings with customer.

7. Monitoring both hardware and software installations on site.

8. Coordination and supporting to the implementation team on site.

9. Very good idea on TMGR (things may go wrong)and be able to handle the crisis situations.

10. Coordinating to provide the necessary training to the customer team.

11. Must be able to handle multiple projects / units.

12. Must be willing to travel to other places (mostly Bangalore / Pune / Delhi / Ahmedabad)
