Job Title: Account Manager - Social Media

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-level interactions and effective communication to deliver successful social media campaigns.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through various channels including email, phone, face-to-face meetings, and virtual platforms.

Campaign Development and Strategy:

- Gain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and objectives to contribute effectively to the development of creative and strategic social media campaigns.

- Collaborate with clients to define campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall strategic direction.

Project Coordination and Workflow Management:

- Coordinate with internal teams, including creatives, strategists, and external suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.

- Manage and streamline workflows to meet deadlines and client expectations, ensuring that all deliverables are on time and within scope.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular and detailed reports to clients, including performance analysis, insights, and recommendations.

- Interpret campaign results and data to refine strategies, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive future campaign success.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in account planning, strategy, and execution, preferably within a digital creative agency or an integrated marketing environment.

- Experience can be from either a large, global agency or a boutique, independent digital creative agency.

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritizing responsibilities.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly to clients.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.

- In-depth understanding of brand campaigns, digital marketing practices, and social media platforms.

Client Facing Skills:

- Proven track record of excellent client-facing skills, including managing expectations, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Digital Marketing Knowledge:

- Solid understanding of digital marketing practices, including social media, content creation, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and the use of reporting tools.

- Ability to integrate various aspects of digital marketing into cohesive strategies that drive client success.

Communication:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
