Roles and Responsibilities
- P&L management of existing accounts - sustain and grow business, client services delivery and operations
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- Ability to work and build strong relationship with few marquee retailers and consumer goods players of India
- Develop account penetration strategies, develop client relationship, understand their pain points, challenges, and goals
- Manage client expectations, provide updates to the senior management, participate in steering review meetings
- Ability to position the value proposition and drive delivery excellence initiatives to deliver highest value to the customer
- Building relationships across various levels in the Client organization and should be able to develop exec level relationships in particular.
- Managing relationships, new business and delivery aspects of the engagement
- Overall customer satisfaction within Client organization.
- Ensuring Project delivery oversight; Carry out review of project plans, schedules and deliverables with offshore Delivery manager/Project Leader through teleconferences.
Skills Required
- 13 - 17 years of total work experience in the IT industry
- Min of 6-7 years of experience in selling IT services to Retail Customers
- Experience in managing multimillion dollar portfolios.
- Should possess proven experiences in creating and maintaining long term client relationships with a track record of corresponding business growth
Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution- A natural leader
- Good Negotiation Skills, Self Starter, Self Motivated and high Energy person with a passion to achieve his goals. Should be Result Oriented Very articulate/ excellent on written / spoken communication
