Responsibilities :
Primary :
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Own P&L of the accounts.
- Maintain and develop high level connects and relationships with key persons within accounts and prospects
- Negotiate commercial terms to close sales for key deals
- Map accounts end-to-end to identify key opportunities to grow the account through cross selling and upselling
- Work with Customer Excellence team In-charge to ensure customer is satisfied and will continue using our services
- Own revenue numbers for the segments or accounts being handled
- Follow up for collections on customer payments
Secondary :
- Ensure multiple channels of revenue are coming in and healthy pipeline is maintained for the team
- Liaise within the pod to ensure alignment on customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper communication within the pod and with cross functional team on an ongoing basis
- Support the Customer Excellence In-charge to resolve any issues that may come up during the project delivery by leveraging on the strength of the relation with the key stakeholders
Requirements :
Need to have :
- 4-6 years of enterprise sales experience in selling software solutions, preferably involved in concept selling
- Experience in mapping and engaging decision makers at the enterprise level
- Must have handled individual and team targets and achieved the same
- Prior experience with a focus on deal closures
- Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / Freshsales / Salesforce, etc.
- Sales strategy and forecasting ability
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- No travel constraints
Good to have :
- Experience handling sales in SMB and Enterprise accounts
- Prior work experience in a both Tech startup and Enterprises
- Domain experience in HR Tech and HR Automation is a bonus
- Experience working in teams or with cross functional teams
- MBA with a specialization in sales is a bonus
