Job Description : Account Manager
What do we look for?
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle (hunting, mining, and farming) for a number of strategic accounts
- Acquire and develop new enterprise B2B clients in North America and EU markets
- Drive growth by meeting quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships
- Design and execute strategic sales plans plan for key markets/accounts
- Develop a solid and efficient support sales team by - coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring of a number of support team members.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in selling enterprise-level deals for IT/ITeS/Data Engineering/Data Sciences/Business Intelligence/Analytics or allied services portfolio for Fortune 500 companies
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B services sales in North America/EU regions
- Demonstrated ability to connect, communicate and present effectively to the CXO/VP/Director level prospects.
- MBAs with relevant experience would be preferred.
