Essential Functions/Examples of Duties :
1) Ensuring delivery as per service level agreement with the OEM Customer and / or directed by OEM Product Manager as pet ILIN Budget.
2) Prospecting, qualifying and acquiring new OEM customer in the assigned area/List of customers.
3) Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations and understanding OEM account requirements in form of wants and needs.
4) Closes sales issues and concern by building rapport with potential official/managers in customer organization, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections and preparing quotes.
5) Achieves a high level of customer service and support with an emphasis on partnership building. Works with customer to create partnerships that are mutually rewarding and long lasting.
6) Works with resources to expand sales by introducing new products or supporting the development of new applications.
7) Works with OEM Manager/National OEM Manager on business developments/ promotions/Demand Generation activities as required, meeting sales goal as per understanding with OEM Customer.
8) Reports activities, OEM Discussion, problems, and results to OEM manager and Appropriate Regional Key Account Manager. Follows company policies and procedures.
9) Communicates pricing and product changes to the OEM customer as required.
10) Ensure collection of invoices within the due date and no overdue for the entire customer in his/her Area.
11) Supports Technical & Marketing team's market research including the development of new strategies to expand the business as well as brand image/awareness by sharing market insight and data collection.
12) Enhanced current & Future customer/industry knowledge through educational opportunities such as; professional publications, industry events and networking.
