Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand evolving customer needs.

- Prospect for new leads, qualify leads, and convert them into paying customers.

- Prepare compelling sales proposals and quotations that address customer challenges and objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e. , marketing, support) to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address concerns, and exceed expectations.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales decisions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a sales or account management role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload.

- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
