Foster and maintain client relationships with executives and decision-makers in large accounts. Expand business relationships beyond IT and Procurement into the C-Suite. You will need to map target org at departmental level to succeed in this role.
This is a quota carrying role :
- Build and nurture strong relationships.
- Lead negotiations and pricing discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Managing the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook. Periodically review account performance to optimize growth opportunities.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts, with a focus on enhancing net retention rates and deriving more business from current clients.
- Formulate and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams and ensure client retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise strategies for account growth and retention.
- Channel client feedback into product development and improvements.
