Account Manager - Retail Analytics - Retail

- You would be responsible for leading the delivery of this work stream from understanding current models, challenging assumptions and limitations and approving/declining the final output

- Primary day-to-day contact with functional client and on an ad hoc basis with C-level executives

- Leads project teams of 10-15 consultants or more, and/ or Team Lead and Analysts in all aspects of project execution

- Plays critical role in defining the problem, structuring the solution, and executing against it

- Owns the execution of the project, with on time delivery every time, ensuring all project goals are met

- Actively contributes to business development and to attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating a team of diverse and qualified staff

- Update about project progress to senior partners and clients and solicit feedback on project deliverables

- Master's degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, operations research or related areas is preferred; candidates with BA/BS degrees from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply

- 6+ years of experience comprising model development/ validation, analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design and client management

- 5+ years of experience in Retail industry

- Experience in project management and business development

- Experience and strong knowledge of different model development techniques: logistic, linear and time series regression

- Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills

- Excellent listening, written communication and presentation skills
