- As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Clients.
- Manage client relationships to ensure we get more requirements and we service all client requirements.
- Source right talent for the client requirements.
- Coordinate with the research team. Ensure proper requirement brief is shared with the team.
- Candidate Management. You have to manage candidate relationships during the full recruitment cycle.
- Negotiate salaries
- Meet billing targets as discussed with the senior management team.
