Job Responsibilities :
- The primary job responsibility is to meet with HR's of corporate clients (SME's and Large Organizations)
- Following the consultative selling model, the incumbent will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to our prospective clients.
- Selling the shine.com database and allied recruitment solutions that come with it.
- Cold-calling, finding prospective clients, setting up meetings and giving a demo of shine.com to potential clients
- Keeping a track of the industry's recruitment needs and accordingly identifying potential clients.
- Delivering on monthly/quarterly targets.
