Job Title : Account Manager - Hyderabad
Function : Account Management Division US
Reporting To (Position) - Director
Shift 2 pm to 11 pm (IST)
Work Location -Somaji Guda, Hyderabad
A.Key Accountability : This position is responsible for:
- End to end servicing for portfolio of Clients to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
- Understanding client's hiring needs
- Demand Generation from clients
- Work closely with delivery team in role allocation and priority management-
- Manage client relationship to get more requirements and service all client requirements
- Manage relationships with candidates through all stages of Candidate life-cycle, negotiate salaries, ensure offer acceptance and timely joining
- Manage P&L from given set of clients
B. Qualification / Experience:
Qualification Post-Graduation (part time / full time MBA)
Mandatory Experience (Years) Minimum 5 years in US Recruitment (Minimum 4-5 Years in Account Management role)
