Position: Account Manager - Recruitment (Must have handled multiple client)

Job Location: Noida

Office time : 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Flexible timings)

salary : Base+Incentive+medical - 7-8 LPA

Working Days : 5 days

Experience : 4 - 8 years

Job Description :

- Managing the End-to-End Client Accounts as the Key Account Manager.

- Ensuring day to day interactions with the clients are taking place and status/ updates are shared on regular basis and take the ownership of same.

- Have ability work independently, work well with others, and to take responsibilities for team member, can effectively multi-task, and work under pressure.

- Interact with the Client SPOCS on regular basis for new requirements and share the same with the recruitment team.

- Involve in high level Client Discussions and provide insight with the Market Research data/ findings in terms of various industry verticals/ sector's growth potential, resources availability, niche skills combinations, average compensation in the current market and the prevailing conditions.

The incumbent:

- Should have experience in Recruitment Industry for Non- IT domain.

- Should have proper understanding of recruitment industry and good knowledge of recruitment

- Should have handled delivery and must have managed a team.

- Should have experience in lead generation and business development activities and should be keen for this role.

- Must possess excellent oral and written English Communication skills.
