Essential Functions:
- Full Life Cycle Recruiting, acting in the capacity of a Account Manager
- Should have account management / customer management skill with extremely high drive to succeed
- Should have been responsible for End to End solutions (Delivery being part of the sales)
- Should have worked with demanding customers.
- Ability to engage, drive and manage customers and the team.
- Taking ownership and responsibility regardless of the positive or negative situation
- Understanding our clients" needs and delivering value by creating right the solutions for them.
- Client Relationship Management/Stakeholder management
- Executed the sourcing plan by interacting with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve recruitment targets.
- Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Account Manager is responsible for all steps associated with sales process.
This entails the following:
- Mining of the existing accounts.
- Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
- Call prospective customers and establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and a customer intimate relationship
- Prepare sales information and effective proposals for customers
- Work in a team environment, providing feedback and coaching to Recruiter population
- Ability, willingness & the propensity to learn
- Should display high commitment levels and potential to grow in staffing sales.
- Should demonstrate the caliber to manage conversations across the board.
