Hiring Professional for one of the global services firm for their e-Commerce Client

Role- Account Manager- Operations

Location : Chennai

Shift timings : Rotational

Requirement:

1. Must have worked in Operations with e-commerce industry in the Sellers Support LOB

2. Excellent Communication

Responsibilities

- Oversee, manage, and develop a team of 300+ members

- Manage operations on a daily basis

- Ensure performance levels meet metric goals

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers; ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

- Oversee and ensure achievement of financial targets

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree

Experience Requirements: 8+ years handling operations with a 300+ member team

To succeed in this position, you must:

- Have strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner

- Be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues

- Have demonstrated leadership skills; able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues

- Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives

- Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player
