1. Must have worked in Operations with e-commerce industry in the Sellers Support LOB

Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, and develop a team of 300+ members
- Manage operations on a daily basis
- Ensure performance levels meet metric goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers; ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Oversee and ensure achievement of financial targets
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree
Experience Requirements: 8+ years handling operations with a 300+ member team
