Education & Experience :
- A graduate in any discipline
- An MBA from a preferred B School is an added advantage

Job Profile :
Purpose :
- The Account Manager is responsible for driving new sales, client management and customer satisfaction by effective deployment of internal resources and expanding products and services within the assigned region in the Corporate and Law firm Vertical.
- To sell and promote Online product through increasing market penetration, generating Brand visibility and strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Revenue generation :
- Meet POS and Revenue goals within region
- Manage and grow pipeline through active prospecting and territory plan.
- Create and manage a territory account plan to capitalize on revenue growth opportunities, including scheduling periodic customer visits for account reviews and new product introductions
Customer Relationship Management :
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead through customer relationship management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager with assigned customers
- Demonstrate new products and services
- Create targeted, solution oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for online solutions
- Maintain awareness of customer needs and industry trends and use information to optimize market position
- Market penetration and Sales process adherence
Other Skills :
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of consultative and solution selling
- Functional knowledge of negotiation process
- Deep understanding of corporate and institutional buying cycles
- Demonstrated ability to work in sales team environments
