- We are seeking an experienced Account Manager (Non-IT) to join our team at HonorVet Technologies.
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring successful service delivery.
- The role requires a deep understanding of US staffing, particularly Non-IT sectors, with a focus on client management, business development, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, detailing key relationships, business opportunities, revenue targets, potential challenges, and strategies to address them.
- Build and manage a portfolio of Non-IT clients, driving revenues by owning the entire Opportunity Management cycle.
- This includes identifying business opportunities, selling services, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and aligned.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to meet expectations and deliver high-quality services.
- Work closely with consultants to match client needs.
- Negotiate salaries and rates, and ensure a smooth onboarding process in line with client specifications.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in US staffing, specifically in the Non-IT sector.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven team leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- In-depth understanding of US staffing processes and industry practices, particularly within the Non-IT domain
